This campaign was born over a pint at the Toronto Festival of Beers in 2023. The conversation centered around how Canadian footy fans are the most unique in the world; cheering for the red and white, but also cheering for their motherlands. As a country that has true patriot love, but also a love for where you come from, these fans cheer more than any other. HG developed the creative for the spot and executed production. We also worked alongside Carlsberg, Canada Soccer, and various stakeholders to develop the script, media campaign, and an immersive experience where true footy fans were brought into the most soccer oriented environment Canada had to offer for the opening match of the 2024 Copa America; Argentina vs Canada.
